Grampian Industrialist of the Year 38
April 14 @ 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm
As part of the Scottish National Conference weekend, we are pleased to be awarding our 2018 Grampian Industrialist of the year!
What is the Grampian Industrialist of the Year?
The Grampian Industrialist is the flagship event for JCI Aberdeen and has been for nearly 40 years. This project was created to recognise the amazing innovation and professional development happening in the area and to help highlight an individual that shows first class leadership in their industry. Past winners include James Milne, Stewart Macphie, Martin Gilbert, Moir Lockhead, Sir Iain Wood, Stewart Milne and Gordon Baxter.
Winners should demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to make positive change and bring innovation to the Grampian area. They should also exhibit a strong leadership style and an overall contribution to business and the community. Although the term industrialist brings certain preconceptions JCI Aberdeen are looking for an individual of the broadest definition: a person involved in the ownership and management within an industry.
The award will be presented on 14 April 2018 at the Marriott hotel in Dyce. This will be part of a larger JCI Scotland awards evening that will include guests from all over Scotland, the UK and the world.
